You could spend all day preparing chai the traditional way by boiling Indian black tea in a pan of milk on a stove with a mixture of spices and plenty of sugar, or you could cheat and use our Market Chai. Our Market Chai tea is prepared with Assam black tea, and is multi-layered containing forward notes of vanilla, orange peel, and cinnamon flavors with softer hints of cardamom, cloves, coriander, ginger, and nutmeg. The variety of spices makes this Chai a perfect choice for chai tea lattes. Also available in decaf.
